Postlock scans your last 6 closed months for anything posted or edited well after its period was closed. Send me your details and I'll run it for you, or connect Xero read-only and run it yourself in about two minutes. No card either way.
Every document dated inside a month you've already closed, but entered after that month was done - a backdated invoice, a correcting journal, a bank line synced in late. Each one is a number that moved after you'd already reported it.
It knows month-end doesn't finish at midnight on the 31st: anything entered within your normal close window (default 7 days, adjustable) is treated as routine close activity and left out. The next week is flagged as worth a look; beyond that is counted as drift.
| Month | Document | Posted | Amount |

No account, nothing to install. Tell me where to send it and I'll set the scan up, read the result myself and email you the report - usually the same working day.
Your details are used to run and send this one report, and nothing else. If the answer is "nothing moved", I'll tell you that plainly and we're done.
Not ready to hand over an email address either? Check one month yourself, right now - paste the balance sheet you reported and a fresh one from Xero, and see what has moved. No sign-up, no connection, and the comparison runs in your browser so nothing is sent anywhere.
Create a free account, connect Xero read-only, and the scan runs immediately across your last 6 closed months. About two minutes, including the Xero consent screen.
Run it myselfNo card. Read-only: Postlock is technically incapable of changing your Xero data. Every document it finds is checked against its own history in Xero first, so a later payment is never mistaken for a backdated entry.
Rather talk first? Book a 30-minute call - it's with me, not a sales team.
Postlock connects to Xero read-only - it can never change your ledger. If you don't create an account, your Xero access is discarded once the report is sent.
