Founding 10: 75% off for as long as you stay subscribed.

The honest reason this offer exists: Xero requires 10 active customers before Postlock can be certified for the Xero App Store. The first 10 subscribers are the ones who get us there, and the price says thank you properly: code FOUNDING75 at checkout takes 75% off every month for as long as you stay subscribed, plus a direct line to the founder while we build. When the 10 places are taken, this offer is gone.

One restated board pack
costs more management time than a year of Solo

A financial controller on £50k works out at roughly £24/hour. Rebuilding one month's numbers after a post-lock surprise (reconciling, restating, explaining it to the board) is rarely under a day. That's more than £39, and it happens once is one time too many. Postlock watches every month so that evening never happens.

“Isn't this just Xero's lock dates?”
No. Lock dates are a gate, not a witness - an admin can lift one silently, they don't snapshot your signed-off numbers, they don't alert you when something moves, and they never make anyone explain the change. That's the gap Postlock fills.
“Why is this cheaper than ScaleXP or Numeric's top tier?”
Because we do one thing, close integrity, properly, not a whole finance stack. If you need multi-entity consolidation or driver-based forecasting, see how we compare.
“What's the catch on price?”
There's no AI meter under it. Tools that lean on AI carry a metered compute cost that lives somewhere in the subscription - and moves when model pricing does. Postlock's checks are ordinary deterministic code, pennies to run at any scale, so the price reflects the product, not someone's token bill.

Prices exclude VAT. Early-access pricing: the rate you join on is locked in for as long as you stay subscribed. Solo, Team and Practice include a 14-day free trial, no card required to start; Lock Watch has a 7-day trial with the card taken at signup. Already sure? Subscribe straight after signup - the trial is optional, not a queue. Bigger practice or group? Talk to us.

FAQ

Pricing questions.

Do I need a card to try it?
Not for the free closed-months check, or for the 14-day trial on Solo, Team or Practice. Lock Watch is the exception: at £5 it takes a card at signup, starts with a 7-day trial and charges nothing until that ends.
What happens after the trial?
You'll be asked to subscribe to keep full access. Your data stays yours and stays exportable either way - nothing is ever held hostage.
Can I skip the trial and just subscribe?
Yes. Pick a plan, sign up, and subscribe from the Billing page immediately - paid access starts the moment you do, and the trial simply ends early.
Can I change plans later?
Yes, any time from your account's billing page - upgrades and downgrades take effect on your next billing cycle.
How does practice billing work as I add clients?
The first 10 connected clients are included in the £99 base. Each additional client is £8/month - the slider above shows the maths. When you add clients, update the client count from your billing page so your invoice matches; we'll remind you there if it's behind.
